Terms of Service
The terms that apply when you use the AI Rap Video Hub AI rap video generator.

By using airapvideohub.org (the "Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
AI Rap Video Hub lets you create short AI rap videos from images, lyrics or topics you provide. Free generations are limited per person and per day, videos are rendered by a third-party AI provider, and features may change or be unavailable at any time.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA/UK) and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.
3. Your content
- You keep ownership of the images, lyrics and other material you submit ("Your Content").
- You confirm that you own or have permission to use Your Content, and that any identifiable person shown is you or has given you explicit consent.
- You grant us a limited license to process Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service.
4. Generated videos
Subject to these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy, you may use videos you generate for personal and commercial purposes. AI output may be imperfect or similar to output generated for others; you are responsible for how you use it.
5. Prohibited use
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. In particular, deepfakes of real people without consent, sexual content involving minors, sexual content of real people, and harassment are strictly prohibited. We may remove content and suspend access for violations and report illegal content to authorities.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design and branding, belongs to us. Do not copy, reverse engineer or resell it.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or that output will meet your expectations.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or USD 50 if you paid nothing).
9. Paid features
If paid plans are introduced, pricing and refund terms will be shown before purchase and form part of these Terms.
10. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. You may stop using the Service at any time.
