Acceptable Use Policy

What you can and cannot make with the AI Rap Video Hub AI rap video generator — no deepfakes, no sexual or minor content, no harassment.

AI Rap Video Hub is built for fun, creative AI rap videos starring fictional AI characters, pets and cartoons. Example videos on our site feature AI-generated people who do not exist. To keep it safe for everyone — and to keep the service running — you agree not to use it to create, upload or share:

  • No videos depicting a real, identifiable person unless it is you, or that person has given you explicit permission.
  • No celebrities, public figures, politicians or candidates, even as parody.
  • No content that impersonates someone or could mislead viewers into thinking a real person said or did something they did not.

When you upload a photo of a real person you must confirm that you own the rights or that the person shown is you / has consented. We may ask for proof.

2. Sexual content and minors

  • Zero tolerance for any sexual, sexualized or suggestive content involving minors (or anyone who appears to be a minor). We report such content to the appropriate authorities (e.g. NCMEC).
  • No sexual or nude content of any real person.
  • No uploads of photos of children unless you are their parent or legal guardian, and never in any sexual, violent or humiliating context.

3. Harassment, hate and violence

  • No bullying, harassment, threats or targeted mockery of private individuals.
  • No hate speech or content that attacks people based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or other protected characteristics.
  • No content that promotes violence, terrorism or self-harm.

4. Illegal and harmful content

  • No content that infringes copyrights, trademarks or other rights (including other people's lyrics or videos you do not have rights to).
  • No fraud, scams, spam, election misinformation or deceptive advertising.
  • No attempts to abuse, overload, scrape or bypass limits of the Service.

Enforcement

We may refuse requests, remove content, suspend access and report illegal activity. Repeated or severe violations result in a permanent ban.
